Data deletion request
You can request deletion of data associated with your use of Memory Mania.
How to request deletion
- Email us at support@memorymania.nl
- Use subject:
Data deletion request -
Include:
- Your store account email for Google Play or the Apple App Store (or the email used to sign in, if applicable)
- Your in-game name (if you set one)
- Optional: your approximate last login date
What will be deleted
- Online profile/leaderboard data (if applicable)
- Associated identifiers stored for online features
What may not be deleted
- Purchase records stored by Google Play or the Apple App Store (handled by those stores)
- Aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
We aim to respond within a reasonable time and may ask for additional information to verify the request.
